I have, unfortunately, had the need to appreciate the services offered by Paul twice in the last few months. Firstly, at the funeral of a very dear friend. Secondly, on the sudden and unexpected death of my dear partner Alan. Obviously the whole experience of loosing a much loved partner is awful beyond description, but Paul helped make the processes bearable. Every request was met with the same calm, reassuring manner. He remembered every small detail, and was kind beyond the needs of his profession. My thanks to him.
