Dear Paul,
I would like to thank you for the excellent funeral arrangements you made for my late husband Brian. The kindness and understanding that you showed to myself, my son Darren and daughter Stephanie was exceptional. The funeral arrangements made along with Russ were exactly what we wanted and were a perfect tribute to my husband – he would have loved it, particularly the likeness of life to cricket.
