From the very first telephone conversation they provided professional, helpful and respectful support for my family as we arranged Mum’s funeral. The logistics were complicated by a separate church service in Dover and burial in Surrey but everything went smoothly. Alex and Paul ensured we were comfortable with the arrangements at every stage and provided helpful advice throughout. Their costs were very reasonable and overall they provided us with great value for money.
