I admit it. I basically enlisted and conducted all the arrangements through emails. But if simplicity and an extremely helpful step by step guide is all you want during a very difficult time, then Paul and his team are the services to employ. They answered all questions promptly, enquired with the hospital on your behalf and provided paperwork with arrows and yellow highlights to greatly assist with what you need to fill out. Even their emails had a genuine personal touch of warmth & empathy rather than a tone of just doing a job. Direct Cremation in my dear Dad’s case wasn’t an insult or a guilt ridden trip. Paul’s team did it professionally, compassionately, and above all with dignity. My grateful thanks and appreciation to them.
